Online Ordering & Payment
Orders may be place online utilizing PayPal shopping cart and payment gateway:

1. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a credit card purchase; simply bypass the option at checkout. PayPal accepts most major credit and debit cards. This is safe and secure way to purchase online and it eliminates the need for us to have access to your credit card number or account information. To maintain privacy and security we do not take credit card orders over the phone, fax or email.
2. We will accept mail orders with a personal check, Cashiers/Bank Check, or Money Order. Simply give us a call and place your phone order or send an email to info@lglandscapelighting.com. We will provide you with a written invoice via email.  Place one copy in the envelope along with your payment. Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Shipping
Most of our products are in-stock and usually ship within one business day. There are a few exceptions (i.e. copper and brass deck/step lights) which are custom made to order.

Domestic Shipping
Most products are shipped via USP Ground; we will occasionally utilize US Postal Service. These are fast, convenient, and cost effective options. Shipping is calculated before final checkout in PayPal. If you have a special shipping request, please contact us with details and we will do our best to help out.

We currently do not offer International Shipping.

Sales Tax
We are a California based business and charge an 8.75% sales tax to all California residents. We currently do not charge sales tax to customers in other states.

Products Warranty

Products are warranted by the manufacturer from the date of invoice against defects in material and workmanship without charge. We will either repair or replace products that fall under normal operating conditions and have not undergone modification or abuse beyond normal wear and tear within the specified warranty period. This warranty does not extend or cover transportation, labor compensation, installation charges, and products by other manufacturer used in conjunction with products sold by LG Landscape Lighting.

Lighting Fixtures

• Lifetime warranty on Solid Brass & Copper Materials
• 3 Years on electrical hardware
• No warranty on lamps

Transformers

• Stainless Steel Enclosure and windings: Lifetime Warranty
• Electrical Components 3 Years
• Photocell and Timers 2 year
• No Warranty on Transformers with modifications

Transformers are built to be repaired in the field by qualified installer/electrician. We recommend field repair since service parts are readily available & warranted to minimize labor loss by installer.

Bulbs

We do not offer a warranty on bulbs

Privacy

We are serious about your privacy and personal information. We will never give or sell your information to any individual or business; PayPal also has a strict privacy policy which is why we use them as our main source for ecommerce transaction.

Emails

We only use your email for conducting transactional business with you. In the near future, we may offer a newsletter in which you will have to option to immediately Unsubscribe should you choose to do so.
